Very old culture ,if u like to introduce new things they not accept,no proper management to maintain safety, clean and order ,when they think they fire you and terminate you .very old employees MD depends on old employees more then new employee. if die also never go to maintenance department.🙏 till one old employee gets over.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
