No proper promotion guidelines No appreciation for any work. Late salary every month 20th. COVID time 6 months no salary. No DA hike from past 6 years. No increment every year. HoD of department worst , just fill their stomach only not others. Lot of bias based on religion.

...n with no increament. Very bad remuneration and wont pay the exam duty money Salary gets credited minimum after 2 months and maximum can go upto 6months Only money minded and very cheap management

...sion and think about joining corporate. Management has no respect towards staff. They don't pay salary on time. They paid 50% salary in the month of June and July both for which no explanation was given. They paid 75% salary for 3months prior (salary of march was paid in june). Students are not disciplined. Reason being no matter what the student does, if he pays fees properly and on time, even if he has shortage of attendance, HODs will issue admit cards to those undeserving students also. There are really many more issues!

Some at higher positions are very good, who guide Freshers about at each n every point. So the fresher can learn many things.

The work pressure is very high and the salary is low. And some times it's necessary to work after our working hours.

Likes

...r misses classes or irregular or unpunctual. Career growth is hardly known here. Salary is very low. Politics is heavy. Work environment is not the consideration. Work 6 days a week and no time is left for family or friends.

I feel I dislike nearly everything.
