Casteism, favouritism, politics. No valve encouragement for working loyal people, management treat them like salve they think he need job so he working.... Very unfair treatment during increments and others...

Great learning exposer related to product development activities only for who eager to learn in the early stage of the career. good platform for freshers.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

No facilities like canteen, bus, health policies etc. No yearly increment. Management will appreciate the efforts but there is no benefits to the employee. No 3D software use.
