ACG company is the best company there is cleanliness in the company And rules are followed in the company.

Dislikes

1) Contract boys are charged more for food in the company, girls and permanent men are charged less, so you should think about why the contract boys are treated differently. girls also come under contract and expect that you will take the right decision. 2) A shed should be erected for the cars and bike at the place where the cars are parked so that the cars will be protected from the rain

Likes

Main part is seniors in ACG are very friendly and with good understanding, all are co-operative in every thick-thin situation. It helped to handle every critical situation even in customer escalation when i worked there.

Dislikes

I dont like there project review system, there is lots of blame game type situation due to which some time lot of difficulties faced to get the resolution on any project problem.

Likes

Policy of organisation is good one. There are good facilities and open platform that will allowed us to talk in the organisation with everyone.

Cross functionality department resources should be allocate more effectively.

Extremely Worst Company Ever I have worked with so far. Zero Work Life Balance. Very very bad Seniors and their stupid work Management. Especially, Don't join in Automation Dept., Kandivli, Mumbai office, worst worst experience ever.

Dislikes

Pathetic, irritating and annoying top mgmnt. U will have to work for more than 12hrs a day which will not even be sufficient by senior management, as they keep on expecting more and more. After all this stupidity, if you will fight for better work life balance then, HR Head will ask you to start searching for another opportunity. U will waste ur time in stupid emails, phone calls and msgs throughout the day and even on ur leaves or holidays.
