Except delayed appraisals and salary,None!

Dislikes

Everything. Unexpected calls and responsibilities, unnecessary frustrations and late night calls for task updates. Management didn't listen to employees and few idiots behaves like they own the company & responds vaguely. If you want to join the company, you will be served with frustrations, dissatisfaction and chaos.

Nothing to write good about. You do get snacks if you stay till 8.30PM in the office (Mind you many does).

...cro Management Poor Appraisal Zero Travel Biasedness & too much of Favouritism Delayed Salary every month (Gets credited on 6th) Delayed Appraisal (Jan-Dec is the cycle, appraisal is given in Sep which is break down in 3 months)

Nothing, but was a pure waste of time.

...ons from employer or employees No medical benefits Infrastructure is very poor People have to use fans and not air-conditioners as a type of cost cutting factor. No canteen No proper administration for e.g. people can plug in USB device in any system and install software thus infecting other systems too.

To this day I have given a good opportunity, which I have defended with confidence.

I wouldn't say I didn't like it. I have been working most of the day. It wants little improvement with economic level on its basis.

ACE Software solution is a pioneer in AI in payments domain. The company is one big family and people are taken good care off. Training at times is a challenge but the helpful seniors and colleagues make things better. It is a place where innovation, hard work and dedication is highly appreciated and awarded.

Dislikes

Work life balance is at time a point of concern but that is when there are critical deliverables to be addressed.
