IN OFFICE PURCHASE, ACCOUNTS, AND SALES DEPARTMENT STAFF CONDITION IS NOT GOODS 2ND ONE IS IN ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT VERY LATE SITTING (9AM TO 8 PM).

the boy with a sliver spoon ruining the company culture. just because of a foreign degree doesn't makes you a good director. overall most pathetic person is the HR manager, doesn't even know how to differentiate / deal with labor & official persons. the management has eyes all over the place (you feel like working in a big boss show CAMERAS every where except the toilets) no working ethics. office culture is just worst, accounts persons has ruined all the working culture no time limit they sit from factory opening to closing. DONT BE A FROG OF WELL.

I am in sales & markwting. so, I think, Job security is good. becouse , They give more change to stable itself. Team mates are also good.

Yes, I think,,, Career growth is not good. just becouse, you will not get chance to learn something. you will not get to comunicate with management. Than, how can you get career growth.
