The company environment is like family. I love that I am part of a team. I got a chance to travel to New Zealand for training for new project. I am handling New Zealand based clients. Company has many cultural events in which each can show there hidden talent other than work related.

Dislikes

Compensation is very low compared to other companies having similar sector. 100 percent job security but no growth.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent

Salary is decey but career growth os slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

The work environment was good and comfortable. The staf interaction was good & supported in my work. Team was hard working and achievements were at desire level. No underpressure, no forcely work.
