Nothing much, They give salary on time is the only thing an employee could feel happy about.

Dislikes

Almost everything, They have a hire and fire kind of policy. Their management ill plans almost everything. They hire people based on speculations and once their speculations don't come true, they lay off their employees. They even lay off even their new joiners. Its pure capitalism. They don't take a hit on their annual revenues and rather they prefer to lay off their employees to keep up with their numbers in the market when it gets tough for them. So please never join them.

Internal communication is poor. HRs are very rude. Internal lay-offs are going on. They take advantage of employee's vulnerable situation by making them change tech stack and relocate to a different city within a week. They hardly have any new projects. No work life balance. Unnecessarily calling to office. They dont have seats to accommodate all the employees.

Everybody is treated well here. The salary is good enough for beginners. Work-life balance is good enough (though it mostly depends on the client).

Dislikes

Some team members in various departments are getting benched because of fewer projects. Can work on this, more projects can be brought in because the company has a good potential and skilled engineers.

Nothing to like as such just that it has Morgan Stanley as it's partner and it's 60percent revenue comes from it

Nothing to like here because of following: 1. Same post same team same work but different salary. 2. Too much egoistic Seniors 3. No help or mentorship from seniors to the new joinee. 4 . Too much bond . Pay intern salary plus 1.5 lac if left with in 1 yr from FTE . Also return bonus if left within 2 yrs. 5. Less projects more people. 6. Benched from 3 months. 7 . No communication between among employees. 8. No extra benefits like goodies and all. 9. No Casual or sick leaves. 10 . Make dummy accounts to keep up the company rating on Glassdoor and ambition box. And the list goes on but as a new joinee this is what mainly should concern you

Salary and HR is good. The HR department is listening but they still lack management.

Dislikes

- The work life balance is terrible. - They are too dependent of some projects and those are all fixed price projects - The people are working on fields and technologies which is completely different from their domain - Very poor understanding by the management - Too much pressure and work load on upper management and distribution of labor is just lacking not even in improved stage, It needs to be build up from scratch. - People oriented approach is lacking - Every one is working hard all the time, seems like company itself is on time crunch
