It's a start up company. They have removed few employees within 6 months without any reason. Only 8 holidays in a year. Company does not generate much profit, so it's difficult for them to hire employee for long term.

I like the equal treatment everyone receives regardless of their position. Organization structure is flat, making it easy to reach out to any person within the company for any kind of queries or assistance. Issues or concerns are addressed promptly and given priority. So far, my colleagues have been incredibly helpful and very Co-operative. Work Environment is calm, positive and very professional in nature and I truly believe this is a great place to work.

They are paying well. But are removing the employees within 3 months. I have witnessed 4 to 5 employees removed within a month without any prior notice
