Actually I wanna give negative stars for Work satisfaction, Salary benefits, work life balance, and Company culture 👎👎👎 Just a worst company with full of negativity and mental pressure. For Toxic award it will get a 1st place🥇 Only if have a great “jalra” skill you can survive here and you’ll get recognition 🙂‍↕️

We are receiving salary on time.

Transportation: pick up and drop not providing on daily basis. No growth and career, very very slow. you'll tired doing only production. From AR caller - TL will take 12-15 years. Better to work in other company and get promoted and then join Access Healthcare. One should not work more than 2 years. SME work for only 1 years and move to other company as TL with higher salary. Pay is very low, for higher pay one should join Guidehouse company. No allowances provided by access healthcare. Guidehouse is providing night shift allowance, incentives, gifts, quarterly party, trips and many more. Guidehouse is a consulting company and you will get 10-20k more than access healthcare. and access healthcare is a call center. no training provided. food provided by vendor is not good and very expensive. very bad environment here in kosmo as people taking illegal things. Hr/er also taking, very bad culture.

They have very difficult projects for working and there's so much of work pressure everyday which is increasing day by day. Even I feel insecure about my job everyday.

I didn't like the employee behaviour, the way the SME's and Team leaders treat the employees below them and also the internal politics by them..... I have been fired by them without any reason.
