No words to say just rocking in all aspects my company...by following govt rules & regulations and supporting for the employees.. example : I am staying in palladam approximately 50kms my company provided cab facility home pick up and drop with the govt norms (social distancing in cab). I proud to say access healthcare family.

I cant tell as dislike... for my family situation if i get hike its useful for me but i accept without working company provided full salary without deduction. Thanks for that.

I've been moved to bench without any reason so I've tried to reach my SME, TL, Manager, HR, no one responded properly, they don't have reason to move me to bench because I'm giving good production and no disciplinary issues. The only reason I've been moved to bench is my SME, he don't like me, that's it, that's the reason. I tried to raise a complain against him but no one took it seriously.

For overall salary its good to startup.

For work with experience is not good daily headache and Quality team torture with marking silly errors for which have to face issue in incentive. They only sharing incentive plan but not every employee earning incentive every month and have to struggle for claims on daily basis. As per company policy tell Speak out but when agent speak out their manager make agent keep mouth shutt.

Access healthcare one of the best company for there are lot of things for enjoy the company but the freshers salary is else but if you are the experience you get the high salary and peaceful work place

No increase in salary, and SME promotions are only made on paper in month of march-april , till that you have to work as SME on same salary whereas there are more efforts there in.
