This is a company which don't pay the employees in proper time. The HR goes on making false commitments during recruitment which will never be fulfilled. Client Projects are never delivered in proper time. Beware before joining this company or doing business with them.

No work culture. False promises after promises. Salary not paid in time. After salary date, they will come up with Post Dated Cheques. 100% unsatisfied clients.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
