If staff is fawning than he/she can survive easily in this hospital.

Dislikes

There is no proper joining and induction formalities . No HR policy even after 3 yrs of Hospital opening No job description even for senior staff that's why any work assigned to anybody Many persons taking reporting and involve in decision that's why things got delay They don't respect staff. Fawning staff more stable in hospital and they also disturb who only dedicated towards their work. They don't follow any notice period and can kick immediately without any reason. There is no professional culture. I was in higher post in hospital that's why giving above details clearly.
