Weekly bus service is provided for staff to visit the market. and Twice in a year for Raipur Visit. 8. Management is always there to help their employee in every aspect. 9. Timely payment of Salary. Salary gets credited on 5th of every month. If somehow 5th is not a working day or holiday it will get credited on 4th. 10. Transparent school policies.

...the form of increments every year. It is the best place for learning new things. Salary is given regularly on time even on the pandemic days. Leave if not availed is encashed. This organisation provides job security.

Nothing to dislike as such because school treats his employees as family members but school is located about 80km from Raipur.

Likes

The best thing I liked about the school is its managing structure. The workloads get equally divided among all the staff. Everyone feels an equal burden of loads. As it's a residential school the staffs are well familiar with each other. I worked there for 2.5years. The school not only thinks about its benefits but eventually think for the staff also. Throughout the year apart from the school's function, there are other refreshment tours are also get arranged for the teaching and none teaching staff. Overall I am having a very good experience here. The management appreciated your work. There is a self growth.

Dislikes

...rits if any parent complains against the teacher. No professional growth at all. The salary package is even low.

Likes

The best part is of the school is you will get your salary on time. 5th day of month is salary day. Your salary gets credited on 5th day of the month for sure. It is good if 5th day is Sunday it will be credited on Saturday.

There is too much work pressure. There are too many deadlines.
