It's the worst company to work with. There is nothing good about this company.

... They don't even know how to speak well. They literally exploit their employees. According to them, since they are paying the salary, the employees have no right to question back the company's policies. Unfair wages are given. The salary is always credited late. The HR team is manipulative and the project managers just put all the blame on SMEs instead of taking any responsibility. No cafeteria is there. And the worst thing is the management fires employees if they don't have any project and then when new project comes, they hire new people with low wages. There is literally no career growth.

Unwanted policies makes employee harder to be benefitted. No salary security is there in company.. Policies change according to employee inconvinence and dissatisfaction....

Company do no properly convey about its policies....... And change suddenly to makes employees dissatisfied

Management is fractured. I get an unreasonable deduction in my salary almost every month. Talk to HR: get a reply after 6 days, or a few months (get a reply on only one condition: text them daily, they will get frustrated and reply to you at least not earlier than 5-6 days). Company policies are ok, you do not have a mechanism for complaint against exploitation.

Teammates are supportive. Work from home culture.

Dislikes

No work-life balance. A low salary is given for completing High targets. Salary is deducted based on a lag system. If you don't want your salary to be deducted, you have to work even on weekends and holidays to cover the lag.

Nothing to be liked about. They pay you so little and get so much work done from the employee.

Dislikes

Everything from the director to the HR manager. They behave like dictators . Give unreasonable target and upon raising voice they they try fire out the one who do so. Really terrible work culture. They treat you like school students. Pointing out for for anything you do.
