Long working hours with high percentage of screen activity, low salary sometimes less than 1k, unachievable and human impossible targets, poor work culture, employees will not get to know whom to contact for any kind of issues, employees will not get the salary discussed with HR.

Wonderful experience for freshers and good exposure for subject matter experts. Opportunity to work in different projects. Soft skill development.

Dislikes

No job security, no PF, no medical insurance, salary deduction, target oriented. Strict timings and deduction of salary when for production lag and time lag.

We can do our work without any disturbance. No one will interfere in our work.

Dislikes

There will not be any credit for the one who is doing good. And they will deduct our salary for various reasons like not achieving the target and soon. It is so stressful to work , you will not have anytime to relax.

The company is good for people with academic skills, any teachers struggling to find a job can get hired easily here and they help you achieve your targets.

...s everyday thats 45 hours already for 5 days.They should cut back on the time. They do not value your teaching experience and will treat you as a fresher and give salary of a fresher.Im not happy with what i am paid here but cannot leave.

On a serious note, I have not liked anything about this organization.

...utside their job descriptions, with the only exception being mopping the floors. Furthermore, if you decide to resign, they have the audacity to use your name to withhold invoice payments. I strongly suggest that you consider leaving a gap in your resume rather than working for this organization. For freelancers, I recommend staying away from this company, as they are unlikely to pay you for your work.
