Only Onshore Leadership team is good in UK and US, locally hired leaders in India are from Indian MNC with Lala culture with corrupt mindset.

...ople. Company has no values they have different policy for Leader and employees. They will hire you at high package and fire you with 6 months saying we dont have role for you.Leaders hired from Indian MNCs like AXA, Syngenta and they have created Indian Lala culture.If you want to work as freelancer then only this company is fine else a big no for carreer perspective.

Work life balance is a mess here. The company is recently started cost cutting and it shows in company culture as well. The new management will be lead by an Indian which in turn will make it even worse.

I am particularly unhappy about the growth in our department. Overall ACA its good. Mire focus is on soft skill development, we have sessions on it but not on technical skills.
