As QA feels that need to have more diversity in terms of project where there is more scope of working in new tools like (load testing tools, RPA etc). Also need to have onsite opportunity for QA resources.

The work environment is excellent, Flexible working hours provides immense scope of Work Life Balance , and encoragement of Senior Management for Learning

Special Consideration of Management for specific employees regarding promotion, pay leave policy etc.

None The upper management promote favouritism in the company. When you ask for some tools they will simply deny your plea stating look for other alternative. PM also give bad feedback no matter how much you work. I would suggest not to join this company if you want to grow in your life.

Politics Culture. Upper Management mindset need to change. Company not worth joining if you are looking for growth and stability in life. Totally rotten company.

The company and the upper management is very employee friendly and the environment is very productive. Multiple activities of Knowledge Sharing are promoted within the organization.

The company portal isn't well maintained and still relies mostly on emails.

There is huge discrimination and nepotism when it comes to promotions , increments and compensations.Career growth path is restricted only for Delivery team and not for people at support function
