Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?

I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?

For room accomodation very bad.... Location also very bad. With no canteen facility. First things when I join as sr production ex officer that time salary get in 2 time for example my salary 35000 but in 10 th of date I get 18000 some things then again pending amount received after 20th of month..... And cut esi while my salary 35000 ... As per govt rule.... It's fraud.... After IT DEPT CHECKING then getting salary one time and no salary deduct for ESI... BUT 5 to 6 month my salary deduct for ESI BUT no return from company....

Management is operated by a single person who is working for his own benifits.He is fully biased and taking support of those persons who is close to him even if they have zero knowledge and behaviour.The HODs are appointed their by him are useless and egoistic for no reason.And management is blindly believing that person.The person who is handling he is just gathering people and stealing their ideas and mould it then present in front of management as his own idea.And His chamcha HODs are doing the same thing just stealing others credit
