It was my first EPC company. And I worked there gained some knowledge

Initially the company was regular in terms of salary. But at certain period the company position was deteriorated and salary was paid irregular

... being improved myself in technically, team management and personal attitude. Company never delayed for salary.

Dislikes

There was nothing any critical issues. Although I realised duty time had over 12 hours. That should be 8-10 hours.

Here one can aake to work with a satisfactorily. And can easily do inspections of raw materials, Inspection of fabrication, Inspection during fittings And can send it for hydro test and And di fingal installation and documentation to the owners in a cooperative way

being a infrastructure development company come to know about different industries and other infrastructure development areas

Dislikes

Relocation of employees is constant as projects complete and are transferred to new projects and are also idle whenever new projects are not received immediately

It was during 2011 to 2016.But not in Covid19 period.Good support at work with colleagues.

Dislikes

Learning new skills was hard..Even if we ask them to get learning any new skills..they say they will improve our skills but won't help and the time goes away.
