Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Compensation is decent , but growth is very slow, high work pressure doesn't matter I have to work 18 to 20 hours straight that's my job but Compny fail with his poor management and bank loan failure this is the big mistake and spoil my dreams

ABG Shipyard's working location is at best position. Very near to city area. Job security is a major aspect of this company. Career growth is also good when company going well. Work environment is also good.

The Company is closed now due to financial crisis.its under NCLT and liquidation process is going on. It was one of the biggest private ship building in the country till 2016.

New Ship Building process is a very fantastic process from Starting to end is very surprising and thrilling and to have this process is very challenging and charming.

Dislikes

No value of individual input here it's a one man show. No delegation of work no appreciation. Focus of management is based on partiality.
