Worst part were job insecurity and salary. Just like any other Delhi-NCR college, management would force you to research without understanding your lack of monetary dissatisfaction. Your job description includes being a Bouncer or security guard at the time of college fest, in addition to your normal routine of 20 hours of weekly teaching load. You may find management meagre to sponsor your FDP's and conferences and may not allow you leave as well.

Good management thoughts and intentions, but departmental culture is not encouraging. Good working environment except MED.

Dislikes

Mechanical department culture is very disappointed and unhealthy, not nice to work in such environment. Deep inside cleaning is required for better future.

An excellent group which provide much autonomy within the established systems and procedures, innovation and creativity is always encouraged and a great vision to align with technological changes and a foresight to future changes and volatility adapting well to thrive in continuous changes happening everywhere.

terrible job security, one can be fired any time without giving notice and without assigning any reason, management never bothers on this and its totally internal politics driven institute

I liked one thing only as it was near to crossing republic. Nothing else to like about this college. The worst director I have ever seen in my career

Management and senior people for need to take a deep look at their mode of tackling the peoples. Management should be all employees centric rather being fully bending some few opportunistic persons
