Covid Insurance to Employees. person can manage Work life Balance smoothly. company pampers employees with gifts time to time. 1st and 3rd Sat off but anyhow you have to go for work

Pay good Salary but when it comes to Yearly Increment its not too good, Manager are supportive but have Favoritism in every Division and it is very much visible. Somehow company is not focusing on overall development of individual. appraisal process is not too transparent. Daily TA/DA need to be revised.

The on-boarding process and initial training for the role is exceptional. There is a lot of emphasis on employee satisfaction. Most management is always ready to listen and tries their best support their team.

Management favors their own and bullying by some members of management is quite common.

Everything.. the culture the type of manager they appoint is so pathetic.. no professionalism when they handle the team. The work itself is good but the employees of this company are not worth it .. there is also no job security they would layoff even a confirmed employee

Working in Allergan is like working in heaven the kind of culture, employees support, working environment are awesome.

Field people also should get All Saturday's off as we are getting only 2 satuday off in a month.

Company doesn't have good hr, good managers and there is no process oriented , if they don't like people, they will end up with termination, which is spoiling the culture, HR are least bothered to hear employee words.
