...person was always suffering from both higher management and from blue collar. There was wide mismatching in salary level. The ITI pass worker getting more salary than the engineer having same duration of experience. The workers are getting 5 times more graduety than his superior on retirement.

Very very good company to learn and grow. Work load is optimum. You will start handling responsibilities on your own in no time if you work effectively

... stressful time to time because of strictly professional environment. No joy. Low raise and pay.

Salary is on time. Other than IT department, all departments are good

Poor work life balance. No comp off. High pressure job, I got admitted to hospital once. Work place environment is not good for humans

Management, No training, Career growth stops, Salary and appraisal less than service based, No travel for software people, Full politics from old people, laid back culture

Team work is good. We have flexible hours but have to cover 9hrs a day.

...ons. We may have to extend hours beyond office hours to deliver as per schedule. Initially after joining, may get good compensation ,in later years it is nominal and will not be more as per market value.
