It is being said that Toxic bosses are master manipulators, they make you feel guilty & try to push you to over deliever. Thats where the owner here specialises into. Toxic work culture, no control over language. Recruiters are forced to get positive reviews from placed candidates and they are paid for getting these reviews in name of incentive and rewards. Ex employees who have left and joined other Brands are criticized in front of team by showing that they have done nothing for the company. Team is being treated like bonded labourers. Salaries for 20 yr old employees is also below 50k... And they say they make careers and they give growth.. wow kudos to the company and its toxic culture which is pushing people to leave in just few months. Team leaders who are there in company are also there for their majburi else would have left. Their helplessness shows that clearly. Hats off to them and their patience level

If you want to experience hell you can surely join this company. The company's rules and regulations are like of a high school. Nobody is allowed to talk or even discuss anything. If found making groups to discuss something or having breakfast together or even during lunch making any groups the TA Manager Miss. Honey Rawat will taunt you. She behaves like she is the principal of the company and no-one can disobey her or talk loudly in her presence. One of the main reason of this company to not achieve any height is HER. If you leave the company without serving the notice period even while in probation period they will not give you your salary. If the employee is 30 seconds late due to any reason, they will be marked as late. The accountant here is cheap. He talks very cheaply and rudely. He does not have any sense of speaking. He acts as the P.A. of the director. I used to respect the company's director but NO he is the same guy approving all this SHIT. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. DO NOT JOIN HERE. Every employee working here is frustrated of this company. No respect given to Talent Acquisition Executive joining here. I feel pity the way this company is treating the resources.
