Campus is good, salary amount is good but 3 months delay is a regular affair. Students are typical tamil students but are affectionate.

Dislikes

Salary delay is regular, management don't bother about staff, personal skill enhancement is not promoted due to fear of surprise MCI inspections. Fight for promotion is regular affair. Not a great building but good ventilation. Management don't promote conducting Conference or such activities which requires budget etc. Research and publication is least supported financially.

Friendly environment. Holidays with salary. Community level personal rapport build. High rapport building with medicos

Not earning valid experience Staff welfare was not available Management authority was not good. Worst planning and execution. Not considering the grassroot level workers. Not giving the importance to the feedback. Mixed opinions with patients

Management is worst and they are not bothered about Employee requirements and they extract work without giving facilities Administration is very poor in implementation of services for patients Patients are treated badly 😢

Understanding leadership, cooperative colleagues, Adorable HR department and Head, safe environment, friendly and Talented Doctors, good coordination, tasty canteen, high-class parlour at an affordable rate. ecofriendly environmental zone, and so on.

communication gap, too much of procedures for requirement sanction.

Likes

Cool management team with a great working environment and a great group of colleagues. Also management has provided state of art research facilities for experimental studies.

Dislikes

Parking slots for faculties has to be expanded.
