Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Lowest Job security - Reckless Decision making, Over hiring without requirements, firing people without notice in name of cost saving to increase profit as business. Illogical work environment - Team leader has no technical knowledge whatsoever decides changes on his own without consent. Basic Work ethics : are not available, Team leader (Site Head) targets people, partial and arrogant . Work delegation : No utilisation of people based on thier expertise or knowledge, firefighting after decision being made, Longterm mindset is not there. Safety : Poor safety management, Management of change not followed, Team leader can modify anything as he please based on his own interpretation irrationally. Decision : Poor decision making ability, eccentric , no leadership quality , Not able to work as a team.
