Earlier the company was Good and maintained transparency. But in the past couple of years it has gone down

Multiple Layoffs, Poor decision-makers, This company increases the cost by having expensive office, laptops purchased in bulk (new one's) to manage the cost they start to lay out the employees

Good Workplace!

Dislikes

There is no job security at all, and neither management or HR is helpful in solving any problem. Workplace harassment are daily occurrences. Managers are not supportive, and there is no balance between work and personal life.

Likes

Good management, Good work life balance but you may get to work on some different technology which you were not supposed to.

Dislikes

Earlier gave hike two times but now decreased to once in a year. Senior management are leaving jobs for better prospects. But is good again for senior laterals to climb the management ladder quickly.
