The owner is childish in nature.

"Firstly, the owner of the company is weak in technical knowledge, Passed out from a reputed university doesn't know the difference between NET SBC and GROSS SBC.....strange!!!" Very weak in time management and following schedule. If they hire you means you need to teach design because he is lacking in design knowledge. Providing fewer design details to clients and not providing all designs calculation to clients because doing wrong practice may be. Don't have a proper method to follow and at project delivery time massed up all things like a kid. Saving money by not providing drinking water, proper lighting facility, and no tea or coffee came for employees, you feel like working in jail but in jail, you can get drinking water. You can not use your mobile and earphones. Working there can drain your energy. Issue of Attitude, satisfying false EGO, and lack of professionalism. Not using licensed software for designing and drafting. You will not learn new things in fact chances are that you forget your own concepts. Structure designing is not a game. many people's lives involve.
