...ask me to fulfill the software developer requirement,data entry and other tasks. Even toilet paper is not available in washroom after 5 pm and there is no tissue paper neither on desk nor in washroom and my request is never trust the salary they offer. If you do then it is your loss. They have stupid rules like they will deduct 2 PF from salary, also deduct bonus from your salary. Seriously, there is no benefit for employees. they don't even offer one tea and coffee to .Executive director doesn't have manners to talk he doesn't remember anything what he said before he will only blame you for everything he only knows to shout if you have to work with them they will make you wait for 4 to 5 hours by saying wait I will call you in 5 minutes. I have written many codes for them everything was working fine but they are so greedy they want to spend 6000 for tools which makes other employees work easy but they are like we will put the pdf like into the software then to excel then again in do manual typing like what brain they are using i don't know .It means they only want fukat wala things your energy, your time, your idea, your skill gets wasted here. Even if you send them a file in the mail they say why don't you call me that you have sent a file. Like what type of professionalism he has I don't know . There is only a fixed time to come to the office but not a fixed time to go they will make it sit 1 to 2 hours after office timings but if you get 1 min late also they will cut the half day salary. such greedy people no work ethic at all no respect for the employee they think they buy use and they can say whatever they want.I seriously don't recommend this company to anybody don't means don't.
