Salary was credited always in time only and only thing I liked in Aakash.

Working culture very pressurized working culture, no work life balance we were also asked to report office during festival holidays, Managers are not supportive will always threaten you for your job and will ask frequently to resign if day target is not completed also managers are always finding way to save there own job. Working in Aakash Chandigarh branch I have seen myself many others employees loose their confidence and leading to towards unwanted stress as they will make you feel worthless.

Salary was always on time and I had my best branch manager..Pawan Tanwar Sir (Branch manager of Aakash Panbazar)best boss ever..Also the seniors are very supportive..Though now I am not a part of them but still I always pray for their long life

Non supportive management. Worst Policies. Fake commitments from HR as well as Managers and senior managers. Also they threaten every employee for termination. Please not join aakash this is very ridiculous company as of my career. Even they don't give you proper week offs.

There is no work life balance. A lot partiality against those of managers favourite. No proper office time out as they ask to stay even after office hours. Too much pressure for admission.

Despite consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets, I’ve noticed that my salary has been decreased. This can be demotivating, especially when hard work doesn’t seem to be recognized in terms of compensation.
