Nothing... actually its not a hospital it is a room with 4 to 5 roommate's... 1 account, 1 doctor, 1 DMO, 1 cook, 1 receptionists, 3 nurse, 1 maintenance guy total:- 9 employees in a so called multi speciality hospital... and most important account guy is the CEO of that hospital.... he has all the right as compared to other superiors... and as a manager I was treated as a dog by so called account...

Job culture, no career growth and most important account Mr. Kailash chandra barik is a hopeless guy he thinks himself as a CEO and way of taking to the patient or attender or to the staff is completely rude and he can use slangs to employees too and director of the hospital after knowing also no action towards him... In short its a place where black money is converted to white on the name of trust..... If someone want to experience they can join and face the experience which i have...
