The environment is toxic and they take away the salary as variable pay after promising to pay it back after a year validating our performance but never provides it even though we provide the expected output. Promotions and Hikes are to be begged for.

Don't come in neem trainee in this company too low salary and no respect they give 15000 salary with no pf no leave no additional facilities just taking work from us like all work so don't come in neem trainee it's my advice to engineers thank me later

...with a company and if you have self respect never ever choose AAF INDIA PVT LTD. HR lies about salary while giving offer letter and you will not be paid as per HR offer letter confirmation & they cheat employees in the name of 3 months notice period but they will ask you join in 1 month notice period. Worst ever experience

Nobody stays in AAF India Pvt Ltd for longer period of time maximum 2 years ppl switch to other companies

It's a MNC company for the name sake. Saturday offs.

No work Life balance. No standard of work. No management intervention on employee's Work pressure from team leader. Will make to work full potential without appreciation. Using Old managing practice of making work more longer time with less concern over employees stress and improving their soft skills and development. Priority is only over production and profit. Non employee friendly especially for new joinees as the HR policy is tricky.
