The chance to get promoted in this organisation are very low as there already have 5-6 senior members who worked since the beginning of company so they are favourites of management even they are management so this is the issue with them otherwise it's a good working condition here

Management can improve. Saturdays are working days. Salaries are not up to market standard. Learning is limited. Good for QA/BA roles who want to work in BFSI domain.
