The company openly welcome freshers to settle down in their working environment. They also hire talented experienced candidates with handsome package. People around you so cool, they are ready to help you each & every step. Work load & pressure bit easier comparatively to its competitors that allow employees to grow & utilize their skill to maximum. The company also provide a good annual hike to their employees.

Dislikes

Though, the company works on the US clients so you have to work on night shifts. This could be the only negative thing I felt in the organization. They need to rotate the shifts of employees. Do not employed an individual continuously in nights. This could be disturbed his work life balance. They organized sports events but not on regular basis. They should organize it on regular basis atleast once a year.

No Work life balance, You will find the Managers with 0% Technical experience that will hurt developers and they won't listen they will ask only for the build at any cost.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
