Learning is only a plus point: A huge array of pointers on how not to run/manage a company. In terms of ethics, work culture, learning, etc. It is a very fertile ground for researchers (especially, social scientists) to work on why the "corporate culture" is bad named to such an extent. To learn what the cause and come to a probable solution. For every other aspects mentioned in the bracket above, it very poor. Even if you are getting paid, the person paying you has no authority to control the way you work, untill and unless you are contributing a fair share. And that's what used to happen there. I am glad that I came across such an institution and learner to sense toxic people from miles away.

Dislikes

...l and toxic. Work culture made by the seniors was what encouraged such toxicity. Salary is hand to mouth. Politics is unbearable. Work-life balance is terrible. In the seasons, you don't have any life. In a way, it's good that the company forces you to work and earn lakhs for the company, out of which you get a very small amount. So, that you don't spend that much on festivities and enjoy the material pleasures but save for a better life. But the contradiction is that you don't have a life while you're here. So, that's unfair. So, please stear clear of this place.

The salary and perks that the company provides are too good as per market standards but the amount of work and pressure is also proportional.

Dislikes

Too much pressure during business season and no proper routing or roadmap to tackle situations. You are on your own to complete targets. No guidance nothing.

In this company many more things to learn you u willl get good opportunity to improve yourself in sales and marketing.

There is no work life balance sometimes company will take lots of your time so that u couldn't get time for your personal life

The best part of this job is that you will learn so many things about radio industry and activation part.

Dislikes

The work environment was not very supportive, and I noticed some bias in how team members were treated. Also, frequent Sunday activations affected my work-life balance.

Colleagues are younger so good atmosphere to learn

No work life balance, monthly 2 sundays will also be working and no off on saturdays too. No time limit or shift hours login time is strict but logout didn't happen before 10 to 12 hours of working
