8Views - Big Hype Zero Results This is a true story of our journey with 8views and it's for the startups like us to who want to tie up with 8views to read carefully. We did an SEO contract with 8Views for an E-commerce website and they charged a handsome amount for 6 months, month by month theirs no growth they delivered 300 organic user traffic to our website (this can be proved by Google Analytics). Their SEO manager is confused always no proper strategy and no proper planning. They just take your money and then no results. This project was given with a reference of some key employees still you can't see the results. Most importantly be aware of Miss Nikitha's trap to sign the contract they say yes to everything before signing. We lost almost around 8 lakhs of INR and they gave us only 10 organic results in 6 months. If 8Views or anyone wants to challenge us we can prove what we said is correct. The purpose of this lengthy review is to save some genuine start-ups like us who should not be cheated by companies like 8Views.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
