...degrees. For the people who are thinking of joining this company, just 1 advice. Don't go after the WFH option and good pay. They are ready to pay because no one joins this company and they can't get projects if head counts are less. Even after getting hired, there is no guarantee of job security, you might get fired just after 3 months as they don't have big projects. They get small small projects for 8 months, 1 year, 2 years etc.

People of the company are really really good but not company. Because company is not performing well from this year. They have done layoffs for three times this year. Even their higher managements have put down their registration or they have been fired in a day. Overall this year and until mid of next year, I won’t be recommending anyone to join this company. As they really really don’t have projects. Specially for Developers and Infrastructure Folks.

Work culture was good, but now more and more Indian leads are destroying that culture. Certfication and bonuses were awesome. Work From Home

Comapany is really struggling, In the year 2023, Many CEOs got changed. and Currently there is no CEO ATM ( 3 months and counting ). -- Only Upper Management has such insights--- They are willingly leaving the organization, apparently they can see something that as an employee you/me can't see. Company let their employees go like 4 times a year ( 2023) --> 4 Rounds of Lay-offs ( India/US/UK ) No/Bad Appraisels/Promotions
