Low salary. Starting 12k after 6month 15k after one year 17.5k after 1.5years 20k.. If you want leave in between 2 year. They not gave experience certificate, they told we gave certificate after complet one year . All project are old language, monolithic projects only . Poor manegement. You can't get knowledge from here. No work from home .

...----- None of the Employees are more than 2 years experience all are freshers. They run the company just with freshers with a meagre salary of Rs.12,000 with a 2 year commitment(bond). They advertise walk-in permanently so everyday freshers visit office and take coding test. They only have intention to run the company with freshers. After 1 year you will be paid Rs.15,000 and if you ask any leave you will be terminated. If you leave before completion of 2 years, they won't provide you experience certificate. They have a simple attitude of "if you go, i will make another fresher to do the work "(Atleast 10 freshers walk-in everyday and write test). This company have no intention to retain its employees and just want to run using freshers and exploit them. All employees leave company soon. ---------------------------------------------- 2. Old Technology (No use of experience) ---------------------------------------------- The Experience you get here is useless, they use Intersystems and the programming language is called Cache. This language is not used everywhere and is only used in selective places, so this experience won't help you after you leave the company. So Freshers! please think, Don't join this company and be exploited for 12k salary with 2 year bond with the attitude of company not to retain you(terminate you anytime and give same work to another fresher) and make you work in an outdated technology (Intersystems Cache) which will never be useful in your future careers.

Nothing to like here, even the environment. The company looks like a store room, they don't have good infra & no proper table chairs

I selected in final round but for 10k salary i have to work 2 years in this company... Worst HR & she don't know how to conduct the interview & they are using old technologies. Employees using woofer system in office hours... It's really disturbing while we attending the interview..

The company is expert in INTERSYSTEM TECHNOLOGIES and always open to adopt new technologies. Company's first priority is to satisfy the client through 24/7 support and always propose new technologies to client to make sure they have reliable application and increase their business efficiency. By this as an employee can always have good time to learn and develop skills in current technologies and to know the Client and good knowledge in customer support. Good place to start as Software Engineer to become skilled Software Engineer in Support and Development.

Salary is a concern if you want to earn more in your first Job.

The company is very much helpful to learn latest technology.I like my project and team members they are very much friendly and cooperative.the big advantage of company is we can learn all technology.

If the work is more it will be more pressure to work.Compensation is not that much satisfied.
