There is bond of 1.5 years before which can not resign. some time management doesnt address our issues.

Well they are many bad things which i can’t describe, first of all the work culture is very bad. The firm is getting worst day by day bcoz of management, they do not know how to handle the situations. Their actions often harm the ambience.
