I really enjoyed working at 360 digital idea everything was great there. The staff , team member and everyone was very supportive.

Dislikes

I did not see much of a problem there but there may be some possibility of salary negotiation for some new people but still better than other companies.

Overall 360 digital idea is a great company to start you career, you expect salary on time .the company has a good work culture and teammates.

I had a problem and that problem was tha Saturday was a working day there ,I did not want to leave from there but it look hours for me to travel and hence l had to leave

Nothing is their to like about this company never going to suggest anyone to work with this company ever.

Worst company to work with, No water supply proper for drinking work and unhygienic washrooms, Very bad work culture and unsupportive HRs, Unnecessary restrictions on breaks we are not allowed to go from office only we have to be in 100gaj area for 9hours.

I joined the company as a fresher last year and i have seen great changes in my knowledge and skills ever since. The team leader are really helpful and great mentor.
