Competitive package, good program team members, team weeks where whole org. would come together to plan for the coming module / year. The program team as they call it has hardworking, committed people. They genuinely care about what they do and ar approachable and friendly.

Dislikes

Absolutely zero job security. If you look for a role change you might just be told you’re not meeting performance expectations (when clearly you’ve been doing well). You may also be asked to leave or they may push you to resign if the people team finds out you’re facing personal problems. The people team displays a culture they internally don’t follow or model. One moment they will tell you you inspire them and ask you to leave the next moment. If you’re looking for a stable job, avoid coming here. Also, both people on the people team have not worked full time anywhere else, so one can only imagine their limited experience of working under diverse leaderships.
