As Because of our client is from Asia,Uk and US region so the projects are stop and get decide to shutdown with employees. As per notice they had given has 1 month salary upto now. Also appraislas are good but depend on your performance. Having supportive employees but we don't depend on others. Yes Depends on your behaviour,performance you will get growth and upto you how you balance the work.Yes because of private sector no security of job. Learning and taking part is upto you if you have much grasping power you will learn asap and one should have thier own innovative skills and ideas so depends on smart work. Thank you.

Dislikes

No good communication between team mentors and team leaders. Hr policies are not proper. Growth is slow. There is no proper training to guide fresher changing as per once. Managers do not value an individual employees for any reason. Leaves not giving as per Hr policy. No latest technologies which can take more than they are working as per other Research Industry. No work life balance because If projects are there then your working is going on or else you may to leave. No food is allowed on floor to eat. Thank you

No Benefits at all for every section as belongs to one organization, its that Owner has completely misbehave with employees at time of Pandemic. No Work-life balance , No satisfaction of work only politics and not respecting to employees
