Very less Salary. It's 8k per month for freshers. Lot of delay in hike. It will take 6 months to get the hike after they agree to give the hike. and the hike will be maximum 2k per month. I know people who work in this company having 5 plus years experience and getting 18k per month. And they tell us to travel to client location which will be in some remote areas. Hence you will get tired traveling in the Bangalore traffic. In simple. Join only if you think you don't get any better chance. Just imagine working on Saturdays and in the end you get 8k per month. Really?

As an entry level employee you will have opportunities to learn through hands-on-experience.

1) The salary is paid on odd or unpredictable dates or even very late making it difficult to plan finances. 2) Promised appraisals and allowances are often delayed or not credited on time, when followed up employees are given excuses or fabricated stories instead of giving salary on time. 3) The Team Leaders used to intimidate you by saying things like, "Your appraisal is in my hands and my feedback will determine it". 4) Team leaders often disregard legitimate health issues as an excuse to avoid work, even when the situation is genuine. 5) Internal meetings lack a professional atmosphere with English not being consistently used as a corporate language. Native languages are preferred which creates hinderance in effective communication. 6) No formal trainings are provided when learning a new product. employees have been told to search in google and help yourself like this. 7) No unity among team members. 8) Employees are reprimanded for coming late to office but never recognized or even gets appreciation or at least make it even if a employee does over shift time. 9) What things are promised never gonna kept it or work on it simply just giving fake commitments. 10) Overall atmosphere at the workplace is unhealthy in long term, negative energy , dominating the office culture. 11) At the end we have to be loyal to our work not to the company or to the people who are working there and it will be great if a employee should master themselves in self-independent before joining this company.

For who need to work for only knowledge gaining then those gyz can prefer 22by7. some one need to work for salary and extra benefits then this is not a good place to work

The best company to work for in terms of knowledge. The CEO and team people so friendly, they treat you like family sometimes

22by7 is a wonderful organization to work. Team mates are good, Internal trainings are available on monthly basis. Job security is 100% safe. Self learning is the major thing and career growth will be based on the years of experience in 22by7. Travel and accommodation will taken care by organization itself. Work environment is good. Work-life balance is pretty good.

Dislikes

Whomever stay more than 3 years will get more benefits. Delay in appraisal process
