-Salary comes late, you'll get it on 10th-11th of the month -No respect towards the employees, they'll treat you like slave -Forget abt increment, first they hire you at very very low salary -No ethics nothing but they suddenly calls themselves corporate -Company dont have a proper vision -HR manager have no knowledge how to talk how to manage and escalate things, very unprofessional -They will call you anytime to the ofc, will force you to do extra time like they own you -They'll not give you your travel allowance & hold the salary for nothing -Too much internal politics It's better to stay away from this toxic company and it's toxic culture

...pany i've ever seen in my 8 years of career. they've no idea what they're doing. main thing this company is running under heavy heavy heavy loss but still hiring pharma guys with very high salary who have no idea about the home healthcare operations but no one cares for existing employees who are working sincerely by giving their blood and sweat...... their management is getting changed in every 2-3 months, basically IT guys seating at bhuvanesor, orissa are running this company, also salary comes on 10th of the month. seems like something fishy and mystery about this company.

I was in 2 month 2050 home care in VISAKHAPATNAM as Assistant manager operations and BD last 3 months did not pay Petrol allowance and Dr.sakhia he is wast manager in the may of month i was worked 31 days but he pay only 20days in put 10 days Loss of pay and with out notice period my job Loos So please did not joining the company Thay did not pay sing Money .
