... members, their whereabouts, next move, finances, personal life, marital issues.The SPY gets preferential treatment, leaves, salary hike, get away with any wrong doing. They need proof of what a person does while on leave. Management team questions an employee's morality, character or virtue based on their assumptions. Underestimate an employee based on their looks, financial status, relationship, background. Humiliating employees on purpose, passing derogatory remarks, management treats you inhumanely based on some personal experience. The so called toppers find a loophole even in the most complicated dialer to get inbound calls their way and climb up the corporate ladder. It's impossible to grow at 1fb, will never learn anything. Stagnation! Difficult place to survive for REAL PEOPLE! Your work will Never be rewarded! Just a sneak peak! I could write a book... Biggest regret working at 1FB!

The only reason I quit is because of night shifts. Otherwise, it’s the best place I have ever worked in. We were like a close knit family and I still keep in touch with my colleagues. Very supportive and professional work environment.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
