It can easily top the list of worst companies in India. They don't pay people on time, whether they are employees or vendors. Top management pretends they are always under financial problems and behavior towards the employees is pathetic. Even as a fresher, one should avoid joining such organization, as there is absolute nothing to learn and moreover they don't pay salary for around two months.
