There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is very low and no career growth.

The only thing good about here is work timings.

Dislikes

Work Culture, Benefits, Facilities, Job Security are all poor here. You can expect nothing out of your experience and dedicated hard work you do for the company. I would say its more of a like a business oriented rather than educational module management college. Changes that are meaningful will never be appreciated by the co-workers teaching here for ages. And never expect that they will appreciate you for your good work, rather they appreciate for extortion of more from you. Plans made are never implemented or even if its done they are implemented to hurt the sentiments of you as if till date you have done nothing for the company and students. There is no team work among they one's who join here,if there is its of the higher authorities who were the candidates passing out from the same college with little experience. NEVER TRUST AN ORGANIZATION WHO DOESN'T CARE FOR ITS OWN EMPLOYEES. They don't pay us for what experience we have and what we do for the students,they pay us as if we are begging for money....Read More
