Flexible Work Timing, I have a two year old kid and many times I have to have flexibility in work timings, I have it here. Great for personal and work life balance. Work From Home: They provide work from home when I travel to my native place and even have given me opportunity to work from home when my spouse is not there to take care of my little one. 99.99% of the time I leave office in time i.e. at 7:00 PM which is very good in comparison to other IT companies I know about. Activities like monthly technical presentations helps you understand about different technologies.
