If you are in wrong team then due to politics the growth is not good. Everybody are over loaded. Means where 2 persons required only one person available.

This is my first Job and it is really a good platform for new joinee, trainee.I learnt many things not particularly to one department but overall organisation structure. Teammates are kind towards co workers. there are so many employees area there who joined voltamp as trainee and retire from this organisation. my gratitude to management that I was a part of organisation.

the work pressure is very high sometimes I had to work 16-22 Hrs straight from morning to next day morning
